Acceptance of terms

This site is run by Phara0h Productions, an alternative-music events promoter based in Paramaribo, Republic of Suriname. By using this site — browsing, submitting a form, or signing up for the newsletter — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Acceptable use

Use this site for its intended purpose: finding out about events, discovering artists, reading Fan Scene, and getting in touch. Don't use it to submit false, abusive, or illegal content; don't try to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site's normal operation; and don't attempt to access parts of the site you're not authorized to access, including the admin dashboard.

Events, tickets and refunds

Event details — dates, venues, lineups, set times — are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep this site current, but always check for updates before heading out.

This site does not sell tickets or process payments. Where an event has a ticket link, that link points to a third-party ticketing provider, and ticketing, pricing, and refunds for that event are governed entirely by that provider's own terms — not by Phara0h Productions.

User-submitted content

Content you submit — contact messages, artist bios and links, and community feedback — may be reviewed, edited, or declined at Phara0h Productions' discretion.

The artist directory is curated by the founder and published by invitation. Submitting the artist registration form does not guarantee that your profile will be published, or when.

Intellectual property

The Phara0h Productions name, logo, and event photography are the property of Phara0h Productions. Please don't reuse them without permission — reach out and ask, we're easy to talk to.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname.
