Why we do this
Phara0h Productions exists to give Suriname's alternative underground — punk, hardcore, metal, Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and goth — a real, lasting home. We started lean and scrappy on purpose in Paramaribo: build the shows first, then build the infrastructure around them.
That means booking emerging artists alongside the acts already carrying the scene, and keeping fans genuinely informed instead of chasing hype. Where we're headed is bigger than any single night out — festivals, a running Fan Scene, a proper artist directory and a newsletter that actually means something, all growing with the scene over the years, not just the season.

Founder
Shavero Ferrier
Shavero Ferrier started Phara0h Productions in Paramaribo in 2023, out of a conviction that Suriname's alternative scene deserved a proper stage. What began as a small run of shows has grown into a home base for the city's punks, headbangers, ravers and goths — one built to last, not just to throw a party.

What we run
Phara0h Productions is the umbrella over a few distinct nights, each with its own crowd and its own colour.

Our core club nights — the regular pulse of punk, hardcore, metal, EDM and goth shows that started it all in Paramaribo.
The Alt-Market
A recurring vendor and live-music market — local makers, secondhand racks and bands sharing one floor.
R.U.P. — Raved Up Punx
A punk-meets-rave crossover night for the crowd that lives on both sides of the pit and the dancefloor.

Who's in the room
It stopped being a promoter and a crowd a while ago. The acts on stage, the vendors on the floor and everyone in front of both now have their own corner of this site.
